A Day of Conversation, Care, and Community

Our inaugural Plan Well, Live Well event was a powerful day centered around thoughtful planning, meaningful conversations, and connection. We gathered 70 people from across our community – people who showed up with openness, curiosity, and a willingness to engage with topics that are often avoided, but deeply important.

Throughout the day, attendees moved through workshops, listened to local speakers and facilitators, and connected with community resources while engaging in honest conversation about what it means to plan well and live well. Sessions ranged from practical planning tools to more reflective spaces on values, care, and legacy.

We’re so grateful to everyone who contributed to the depth of the day – our workshop hosts, panelists, and speakers who offered their time, knowledge, and care and the attendees who brought thoughtful questions, presence, and openness into every space they entered. The energy in the room was shaped by that shared participation and willingness to engage fully.

We also want to extend deep gratitude to our sponsors, community partners, and volunteer team who made this gathering possible. Their support helped us offer tiered pricing to keep the event accessible, provide thoughtfully prepared planning binders and materials for all attendees, and ensure everyone was well cared for and nourished throughout the day. From behind-the-scenes coordination to setup, logistics, and steady support throughout the event, their presence made a real difference. Their investment is a direct contribution to community care, and it shaped the experience in meaningful ways.
