Plan Well • Live Well is open to individuals who want to do their own or support a loved one’s end-of-life planning and also those who work in all aspects of the end-of-life industry.

We know this work can feel daunting, emotional, and deeply personal. That’s why we’re creating a supportive space to help you take meaningful steps, easing the future burdens on your loved ones while advocating for your own values and needs.
Open to everyone, the event will allow you to explore your end of life options, learn from local experts, and take meaningful steps toward making decisions that reflect your values and wishes. We will offer tools, resources, and conversations to help you feel more informed and in control of the choices that matter most.
